325 Third Street was built in 1910 for Carl Mulmansteadt. Over the years it has been home to many others including J. P. Lilly, David Reeder, Holly Ford, Estell Brantley, and James L. Culver. It was Audubon Travel Service and then the Tea Cafe and Gift Shop before becoming the home to Knight’s Comics and Games.
