Charles F. Negley was born 12 Jul 1854 to Philip Dudley Negley (1824-1896) and Ann Elizabeth Cooksey Negley (1832-1880).
Charles married Lucy Ann Bennett (1857-1898) on 30 Nov 1882. Together they had one son, William B. Negley.
Dr. Charles F. Negley was a respected physician in Henderson County. He was also the Zion postmaster for several years around 1885.
Charles F. Negley died 19 Sep 1931 (aged 77) and was buried in Fernwood Cemetery / Section 24 / Lot 1413 / Grave 2.
