Held’s Park

Held’s Park (Held’s Grove) was a park located at the SW corner of Clay and Meadow Streets and covered six and a half acres. It was a beautiful spot and favorite resort at the turn of the century. It was owned by Jacob Held Sr, who also had his residence there.
