James Robert Hall was born 1 Dec 1871 to Thomas William Hall (1847-1929) and Lucy Jane Head (1851-1927).
James married Frances E. Cheatham on 17 May 1899 in Henderson Co., Kentucky, and they had a son Thomas E and a daughter Frances Augusta Hall (1912-2006).
James ran a livery stable on the South side of Second street between Main and Water streets. During this time, he lived at 531 Third Street.
James died 5 November 1934.
Tombstone shows the dates as 1873 – 1934.
