Mike Levy was Kentucky’s oldest practicing pharmacist when he finally retired in 1960 at age 94. He had been dispensing drugs since at least 1890. “He was of the old school of businessmen, who counted all of his customers as his personal friends. Their troubles were his troubles, and their happiness was his happiness.”

From 1912 to 1960 Mike Levy ran a drug store at the corner of Washington and Holloway streets.
