The Pennyrile Building, located at 128 / 130 / 132 Second Street, was constructed in 1927.

It is a two-story, five-bay, brick masonry commercial property with five course bonding, flat parapet with polychrome brick belts at the cornice and frieze lines.
Five pairs of sash windows with soldier bricks
define the lintels and the top of the first floor transom.

Currently the location of Homer’s Barbecue and Robert Toddy Todd State Farm Insurance.

Previous occupants include: Spiegel’s, Morgan’s, Royster & Lambert Inc, Tapp’s Antiques, Tapps’ Downtown Vintage and Variety Shop,
