Cloverdale Club in the 1940’s. It was located at the corner of Green Street and Sand Lane. It was owned and operated by Mr. & Mrs. Wallace Hopper. It specialized in fried chicken and also had slot machines which attracted a lot of locals including soldiers from Camp Breckinridge.
