Frank A. Spencer was born 28 Jun 1875 to
Garland B. Spencer (1844-1918) and Dora B. Schaeffer Spencer (1853-1928).

Frank Spencer married Cammie Lee Keown Spencer (1887-1918) in 1905 and after her death married Mary Tom “Mamie” Hamlet Spencer (1884-1962) in 1920.

Frank Spencer died on 14 Nov 1949 (aged 74) and was buried in Fernwood Cemetery / Section 9 / Lot 910 / Grave 3.

‘Uncle Frank’ Dies; Familiar Figure In Henderson
HENDERSON. Nov. 15 – Frank A. Spencer died in his home, 9½ S. Main St, last night. He was 74. He operated a candy and pop-corn stand on the Courthouse corner of Main and First streets for many years. He was known as “Uncle Frank.”
He was born in Robards and lived in Henderson County all his life. Surviving are his wife, Mamie: daughter, Mrs. Maxine Pritchett, Evansville: seven grandchildren and a great grandchild: brother, Hillary. Valley, Mo. The body is in Benton and Son Funeral Home.
