Observed this on the sidewalk outside of St. Vincent de Paul Society on N Alvasia Street. Curiosity of course led me on a search to find out who Kittie Wilson was. I didn’t find much, but she lived right where I saw this on Alvasia Street and died in 1917 and was buried in Mount Zion Cemetery.
