Pancake House

Blue Grass Pancake House was located on 41 N at Paul Drive (2550 U.S. 41 North) and its menu featured a variety of steaks, seafood and breakfast entrees. Opened December 31, 1981 by Malcolm Willett in the former Cookstove restaurant. It closed in 1988. The building burned in March 1990 while being remodeled into a Catfish Plus restaurant.
