The Savoy Theatre opened in 1912 at 222 N Main Street. Frank W Behrens manager. Closed by 1915 when Sieffert Electrical Company occupied this building.

The Savoy caters to the amusement loving public who seeks entertaining, instructive and amusing motion pictures of a high class. F. W. Behrens, manager of the Savoy, sees to it that none but highly interesting and strictly moral subjects are ever shown, and insists that such order prevails at his theatre that it is a perfectly safe place for ladies and children to attend at any time unaccompanied with either escorts or guardians. His pictures are all new, for he shows nothing that has been released for over twenty days. He has the largest mirror screen in this section of the state, and the only absolutely fireproof machine in the city. A continuous daily performance is maintained from two o’clock p.m. until 10 o’clock p.m., and except on occasions when extra special features are shown the price of admission is but five cents and universal program pictures are shown.
The Savoy is located on Main street diagonaily across from the Y. M. C. A., and is a pleasant place to pass an hour in an interesting, instructive manner.
