George H. Hartman operated a saloon at 211 First Street for many years at the turn of the century.

Hatmann transferred the saloon license at 211 First street to George A. Franey in March 1919. Franey closed the saloon in December 1919.

Helfrich’s China Shop was located here in 1920.

Claude Griffith Chiropractic was located here in 1922.

R. P. LOREY Chiropractic operated here in 1923.

211 First Street became Mecca Billiard Parlor in 1928.
Mecca was run by Robert Pinson (1938), George Marshall (1943), Charles T. Farley (1944), and C. H. Pinson (1945).

The building is currently occupied by Simon’s Shoes.
