315 First Street was built between 1906 and 1913 according to Sanborn maps. The first mention of Henderson Manufacturing Company here was June 1911. The building was later occupied by Henry D Kloke’s bicycle shop and Midnight Blues. It is currently the Dance Factory and Meeks Martial Arts.
